Little update for you guys. working on a hallway that will be a mix of sci fi and temple tombs like. we will see how far i can take that idea. started out with block outs and now im fleshing out the pillars. progress from oldest to newest below.

Started doing some texturing on the low poly one. where has time gone honestly! anyways been trying to do textures that are strictly painted so heres a stab at it. starting to feel a texture style too which will help a lot soon enough. Cheers

so just a bit of an update. i have drifted away from the warhammer bunker as it didnt seem to hold my interest in learning new things. with the unearthly challenge ive been working with some rocks as reusable assets for the team im in. heres what ive come up with thus far.

Low Poly 500 Tris

Normal mapped and some Custom Painting.

Also started a sketch group with some buddies. about 10 to 12 people strong every Wednesday. hoping to get better at my drawing. ill upload some sketches when i get my scanner runnin.

small updated. deciding if i should try and make it really low poly or stick with this one and just go for really pretty. ill prob just go for that jsut since im always working towards low at the studio. so heres what i got so far. getting close to the “low” mesh, all the sculpting is almost done.

worked on the back door of the bunker for the base mesh and then blocked it off so the polys were more sqaure for sub-d work in zbrush. after that i was able to get my first portion of the bunker finished to roughly the detail im looking at getting. heres a peek.
